The short version

This extension does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any user data. Everything it does happens on your own computer.

What the extension handles

When you click an export button, the extension reads content from the Shapes.inc page you are currently viewing — chat messages, knowledge base entries, long-term memories, training pairs, or profile configuration — solely so it can be saved to your device as a file you choose to download.

Where that data lives

• Captured content exists only in your browser's page memory until you download it. It is never written anywhere else.
• Your preferences (themes, colors, font size, brightness) are stored in your browser's local storage on your own machine.
• Downloaded export files go to your browser's normal download location and belong entirely to you.

What is never done

• No data is sent to the developer or any third party.
• No accounts, servers, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
• No remote code is loaded or executed; all extension code is included in the install package.

Links to other pages

The extension contains optional links — the Help & FAQ button (a help page hosted on GitHub Pages) and a Ko-fi tip link. These only open if you choose to tap them, and they behave exactly like visiting any website yourself: the site you visit receives a normal web request, nothing more. No export content, settings, or usage data is ever attached to them.

Removal

Uninstalling the extension removes it completely, along with its locally stored settings. Files you previously downloaded remain on your device, under your control.
